I think a lot of us have a habit of saying “I’m fine” when we’re anything but.
It’s easier. It keeps things moving. It makes people think we’ve got it handled.
But maybe this week, we try something different. Maybe we let ourselves pause, even for a moment. Maybe we admit, even to ourselves, that we’re tired.
