Our first gathering, How to Be an Alchemist of the Heart, is an afternoon of candle making, candle painting, and scent blending. Held gently, without pressure or expectation. Just time to create, reflect, and be in good company.

📌 Payment Method:
A ₱999 down payment is required to reserve your slot.
Payments may be made via mobile banking, online bank transfer, or over-the-counter deposit to our Gcash, Unionbank or BPI accounts. Kindly upload your proof of payment at checkout to allow us to verify and confirm your reservation.
Your slot will be secured upon receipt of the ₱999 down payment. The remaining balance must be settled on or before February 28. Full payment is required to participate in the event.
Candid Club reserves the right to request settlement for any unpaid reservations if payment is not received by the deadline or if the reservation has not been cancelled prior to the cut-off.
📌 Submission/Upload Proof of Payment
- Please ensure that your proof of payment includes your name, and that it matches the name provided in the order form to facilitate prompt processing.
- Submitted proof of payment must clearly show the transaction date, customer’s name, and reference number for verification purposes. Incomplete or unclear payment details will be considered unverified, and Candid Club reserves the right to request payment again until proper proof is provided.
- We will send you a confirmation email once payment proof is received.
And just for ease, if your plans change, we’re completely flexible. We’re happy to offer a full refund for any cancellations made up to one week before the event.
